Indexing Clouds Files

Copernic Desktop Search can index your documents located on a could account.

To add a cloud account:

    • In the Tools menu, click Options...
    • Select the Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox tab.
    • If your extension is not enabled, you will need to activate it in the extensions store by clicking on the Extension manager button.
    • Once the extension is enable, you will see an Authorize button. Click on it.
    • A sign in form for Copernic Desktop Search Cloud PlugIn will appears in your Web browser. Enter your credentials and click Allow button to autorise the access.
      • Note: If the Web browser page doesn't close automatically after sign in, you could close it manually.
    • After connection has succeed, you will see the Folders to index option in the associated cloud option tab.
    • To add folders to index, refer to the Add Files to Index section.
    • To remove folders to index, refer to the Remove Files from the Index section.
    • To exclude folders to index, refer to the Exclude Files from the Index section.

    To remove a cloud account:

      • In the Tools menu, click Options...
      • Select the Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox tab.
      • Click the Unauthorize button and click Yes on the confirm popup.
